FAQ
Sleeping Mask™
Q: What material is the Sleeping Mask made from?
A: Our sleep masks are crafted from premium, memory foam, lycra and breathable materials with cooling properties designed for maximum comfort throughout the night.
Q: Will the Sleeping Mask stay in place while I sleep?
A: Yes, the adjustable strap ensures a secure, comfortable fit for "all head sizes" without being too tight.
Q: Can I wash the Sleeping Mask?
A: Absolutely. We recommend, machine washing our Sleeping Mask with dark clothes or hand washing with mild detergent and air drying to maintain the mask's quality and hygiene. Do not use bleach or machine dryer.
Q: Will the Sleeping Mask completely block out light?
A: Yes. Our 3D contoured design and nose-bridge shaping are engineered to achieve up to 99.9% blackout when properly adjusted. This helps signal your brain to produce melatonin for deeper, more restorative sleep.
Q: Does the Sleeping Mask press on the eyes or eyelashes?
A: No. The 3D molded eye cups create space so your eyelids and lashes can move freely. This makes the mask comfortable for REM sleep and safe for eyelash extensions.
Q: Is the Sleeping Mask comfortable for side sleepers?
A: Yes. The memory foam contour adapts to facial shape and reduces pressure points, making it suitable for back, side, and stomach sleepers.
Will the Sleeping Mask fit my head size?
A: Yes. Our masks use a fully adjustable strap designed to fit 99% of adult head sizes comfortably without slipping. We suggest that you wear our Sleeping Mask snug but not too tight.
Q: Can I wear the Sleeping Mask while traveling?
A: Yes. Many customers use it on planes, in hotels, for naps, and during shift work sleep. It’s lightweight, portable, and includes a convenient storage bag. Traveling across time zones can disrupt your body’s internal clock, making quality rest more challenging. The Sleeping Mask™ paired with Sleep Peace™ Earplugs helps reduce the two biggest sleep disruptors — light and noise — creating a more comfortable environment so you can rest more easily while traveling.
Q: What material is the Sleeping Mask made from?
A: Our sleep masks are crafted from premium, memory foam, lycra and cooling fabric designed for maximum comfort throughout the night.
Q: Will I be uncomfortably hot?
A: No. The materials are designed to be soft and breathable with an added layer of cooling fabric, next to your face to dissipate heat. This results in a -1 to 2 degree drop in temperature. Most users report minimal heat buildup compared to traditional flat masks.
Q: How do I clean the sleep mask?
A: We recommend, machine washing in cold water with dark clothes or hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and air drying to maintain the mask's shape and hygiene. Do not use bleach or machine dryer.
Q: Can it help with insomnia?
A: Yes. Blocking light is one of the most powerful biological signals for sleep. While not a medical treatment, many users find the Sleeping Mask helps them fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer as part of a healthy sleep routine.
Q: Is it safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes. The fabrics are selected for softness and skin comfort. If you have extreme sensitivities, washing before first use is recommended.

Sleep Peace™ Earplugs
What materials are the earplugs made from?
A: Our earplugs are made from high-grade liquid silicone, a soft, durable material commonly used in medical and consumer products because of its biocompatibility and skin-friendly properties. Liquid silicone is non-toxic, non-allergenic, and designed to be gentle on sensitive skin, making it safe for contact with the outer ear when used as directed. It also resists moisture and helps maintain its shape over repeated use for consistent comfort and performance.
Q: Are the earplugs reusable?
A: Yes. With regular cleaning and proper storage, they can be reused many times. For best hygiene and performance, replace them if you notice changes in the material such as reduced flexibility, stickiness, or visible wear.
Q: What noise reduction rating do they have?
A: Our Sleep Peace™ earplugs help create a quieter sleep environment with a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of -28dB. They are designed to reduce ambient noise effectively while remaining comfortable for extended wear for work, study, sleeping, concerts, etc.
Q: Do the earplugs come in different sizes?
A: Yes. Each box includes four ear tip sizes — Large, Medium, Small, and Extra Small — to help ensure a comfortable, secure fit for a wide range of ear shapes.
Q: Can I still hear alarms or important sounds?
A: Yes. Most users can still hear alarms and important sounds, but at a reduced volume. We recommend testing your alarm while wearing the earplugs before relying on them overnight. If you find too much sound is being blocked, switching to a smaller ear tip size can allow more sound through while still providing noise reduction for sleep.
Q: Are they comfortable for side sleepers?
A: Yes. The soft, moldable silicone adapts to your ear shape for a secure but comfortable seal for all sleeping positions.
Can I use the earplugs for activities other than sleeping?
A: Yes. Our earplugs can be used anytime you want to reduce unwanted noise. Many customers use them for travel, studying, meditation, concerts, loud environments, focus work, and relaxation — in addition to sleep.
Q: How do I clean the earplugs?
A: Wash with warm water and mild soap, then allow to air dry completely before reusing.
Q: Are they safe for extended use?
A: Yes. When used as directed. Do not insert deeply into the ear canal. Replace if they become damaged or dirty.
Q: Do they work for snoring partners?
A: Yes. Many customers specifically use them for partner snoring, travel noise, and environmental disturbances.
Q: Will they fall out during sleep?
A: No. Properly molded earplugs typically stay in place well throughout the night. If they do fall out, we suggest that you move up to the next earplug tip size.
Q: Can they help with shift work or daytime sleep?
A: Yes. Combined with our Sleeping Mask, they create an effective sleep environment even during daylight hours.
Q: What makes Keith Lambert earplugs different?
A: They are designed as part of a complete sleep system, not just hearing protection — focused on comfort and nightly usability.
Blue Light Glasses
Q: What do blue light glasses actually do?
A: They filter specific wavelengths of blue light emitted from screens and artificial lighting that can interfere with melatonin production and circadian rhythm resulting in sleep disruption.
Q: Can they help me sleep better?
A: Yes. Reducing blue light exposure in the evening can support natural sleep signaling. Many users report easier sleep onset when using them consistently before bed.
Q: When should I wear them for better sleep?
A: Ideally 2–3 hours before bedtime, especially when using phones, computers, or watching TV.
Q: Can the frames be used for prescription lenses?
A: Yes. All of our frames meet the highest optical quality standard and can be fitted with prescription lenses by your local optical professional as needed. If you get your Rx filled with our frames, ask your eyecare professional to add blue light protection to your prescription lenses. Some of our styles come in reading powers from 0.00 to +2.50.
Q: Can I wear them over contact lenses?
A: Yes. Our blue light glasses can be worn comfortably over contact lenses.
Q: What if I need my frames adjusted?
A: If your blue light glasses need adjustment, you can take them to a local optical shop or optometrist, as many will perform adjustments for free or a small fee.
Q: What materials are used for the frames?
A: We use only the highest optical quality, Cellulose Acetate, a plant-based, hypoallergenic material used in premium plastic frames. All of our frames are polished, shaped, and assembled by hand, offering a brilliant, smooth, durable finish. The hinges are made of medical-grade stainless steel for biocompatibility and some styles use 5-barrel stainless steel hinges, with rivets, for stability.
Q: Are they only for nighttime use?
A: No. They can also help reduce digital eye strain, headaches, and fatigue during daytime screen use. Most people that use blue light glasses report that their eyes feel more relaxed, less gritty or irritated, especially if their work requires long hours on a computer or other screens.
Q: What are light-changing Photochromic lenses?
A: Our outdoor photochromic lenses adjust to all sunlight conditions, providing UV protection and comfort outdoors. Indoors the lenses are clear and outdoors, depending on the light conditions, cloudy, partially cloudy, or full sunshine, the photochromic, photogray lenses will change from lighter to darker.
Q: Why don’t they darken in the car?
A: Car windshields block UV light, which activates lens darkening technology. This is normal for all photochromic, photogray lenses.
Q: Will they distort colors?
A: Some filtering may slightly warm color tones, but most users adapt quickly.
Q: Can they help with eye strain?
A: Yes. Blue light filtering combined with anti-glare coatings can reduce visual fatigue during prolonged screen exposure.
Q: How do I clean the glasses?
A: Use the microfiber cloth included with your blue light glasses for smudges and fingerprints. And if the lenses are dirty or gritty, use warm water and a drop of dish soap, clean thoroughly, rinse and dry with a soft cotton cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the blue light coating.
Q: What makes Keith Lambert blue light glasses different?
A: They are designed as part of a sleep optimization lifestyle, not just computer eyewear — focusing on eye comfort and circadian support. And as an added bonus, all Keith Lambert blue light glasses come with Photochromic, light adaptive lenses for outdoors.
